MS Glücklich am Meer in Husum

Today we ended our vacation in Husum with a visit to the restaurant "MS Glücklich am Meer". It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The ambience is very appealing and bright with a large window facing the sea. The waitress took a few minutes to thaw but was then very open and friendly We were also very satisfied with the cooking skills. We had crab soup, pan fish and gurnard, all very tasty. The garnish and pan fish served with perfect fried potatoes with bacon and with the gurnard an excellent homemade tartar sauce. All in all, a very successful end to our North Sea vacation

Small but nice restaurant. The small mixed salad was delicious. As well as the homemade spaetzle with chanterelles. The pizza is made with mozzarella, which, as we unfortunately had to find out, is not common here in the region. Therefore this is also very fine. Nice, courteous service. We recommend.

This is how I imagine good gastronomy. Price / performance top, service super top, taste very good, ambience very good. What more do you want?

We ate excellent here twice. Everything tasted super fresh, the ingredients were local and probably also really organic. We will definitely be back.

Nice service, very good pan fish with fantastic apple strudel to round it off. Vegetarian variant a bit monotonous. Mussels as a starter were very tasty, gladly again.

For dinner we had pizza bruschetta and the stuffed guinea fowl breast with homemade pasta and tomato sauce. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients, a very honest job and therefore full marks

We have always enjoyed going to this restaurant for many years. Always with a well-behaved dog, we were allowed to sit with Mrs. H. Only in the back of the restaurant, no problem. Now the new owners are taking the current situation as a reason not to accept dogs. This is absolutely ridiculous and not common anywhere else. We are saying goodbye as regulars to this restaurant, nobody will be interested. And goodbye.....-

The staff was really very friendly and the food tasted good! Points are deducted for the price-performance ratio. For the prices too little is done for the whole ambience. I've gotten a lot more for my money in many restaurants. Don't be offended, but please work on your appearance.

Great, friendly dining room with large panoramic windows with a view of the North Sea. Greetings from a young friendly waitress and the boss. Extensive menu + daily recommendations with prices for small and large wallets. We chose four different meat dishes and were not disappointed either. Every dish was really delicious, good portions with clearly fresh ingredients ... and the fried potatoes = TOP We ordered another bowl straight away:) All in all, recommendations. After a long search to find a place for dinner (seems to be quite difficult on the north beach in February wir) we found it via Google. We were not disappointed !! Extremely friendly and attentive staff, our food was excellent and to the point! Highly recommended!!!. It was a pleasure....

We were allowed to have dinner in this restaurant for 2 days during our Christmas vacation. The ambience is excellent, you immediately feel very welcome. The service is very courteous and attentive, people often ask whether everything is okay and whether there is anything else they want. The food was of the best quality on both days, and the wine selection leaves nothing to be desired. We can recommend this restaurant anytime. Many thanks to Silke, Markus and Klaudia.

We went to this restaurant for lunch. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. There is a dedicated car park and a small playground for small children. The restaurant was poorly attended at the time of our visit. A reservation is not necessary at lunchtime. Price performance was good. We can recommend it.

Really very tasty and super lovely staff

Galloway, par excellence. We were received politely and shown to the table. The cards followed and a greeting from the kitchen. The dishes were served very calmly and asked whether something was still missing and how satisfied it was. The pâtissier also gave us indulgence. This evening requires a return.
